2. Reduce Social Media Apps On Your Smartphone.

Social Media apps such as Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Instagram can take your daily night routine away due to their infinite scrolling. They are also addictive since they can keep you in touch with friends worldwide, which might cause you not to sleep but converse the whole night. So reducing the social media apps you have to a few would be best. You can either have WhatsApp to send and receive messages or a combination of any one apps. 

3. Uninstall Irrelevant Games.

If you have many games on your phone make sure to reduce them. Gaming itself is tiring, but the excitement of it keeps you active and might give you sleepless nights.  Reduce the number of times or hours you spend gaming and also reduce the number of games on your smartphone.

4. Put Your Phone Out of Reach.

Switch it off it’s easy. Don’t let your phone be a habit of which it is the first thing you check on in the morning and the last thing you see at night. Use a small keypad phone or landline phone for receiving night and emergency calls. It will help you sleep better as well. You can then switch the smartphone off and keep it far from you.

On some nights, it can be difficult to sleep, especially if you’ve been working with your smartphone for a long. As a result, you might spend the night staring at your phone either playing games or chatting.
