MTN Ghana Foundation has opened applications for its Bright Scholarships 2023 to Ghanaian students. Here’s how you may apply for the MTN Ghana Bright Scholarship.

The MTN Ghana Foundation has started a scholarship program to assist 100 bright and deserving Ghanaians complete their college studies.

Over a three-year period, 100 scholarships will be awarded, with recipients chosen from Ghana’s 16 districts. This scholarship will pay for tuition, housing, and a stipend for books and other related reading materials.

MTN Ghana Foundation has assisted 1000s of Ghanaian students for over two decades to study various courses at various levels of education in Ghana through its Scholarship scheme.

Eligibility for MTN Ghana Bright Scholarships

1. Be a first-year or continuing student at any Ghanaian public tertiary institution seeking a first degree or vocational and technical skills training.
2. Must be a Ghanaian who is intelligent yet in need.
3. Be of strong moral character, industrious, and have excellent academic performance. As a continuing student, being active in extracurricular activities is advantageous.
4. Have no academic disciplinary difficulties and must not be serving a bond to be of good conduct.

MTN Ghana Bright Scholarship Application Process

Apply online through their web portal: scholarship.mtn.com.gh.
Send a one-page motivation letter outlining your educational and career ambitions.
Submit the application together with your contact information (phone number/e-mail address).
Applicants who have been shortlisted will be contacted and asked to meet with the scholarship panel.

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLYING IS COMPLETELY FREE!

A candidate who is currently receiving another type of educational aid should not apply.
Those studying ICT, computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, and data analytics would be given priority.
Women and people with disabilities are urged to apply in particular.
Applicants that lived and attended school in Bono East, Ahafo area, Savannah region, North East region, Western North region, and Oti region would be given preference.

Application submission is from February 1, 2023, to May 31, 2023.
